DEGUSTATION DES VINS
For several years we have gathered chez Susan to listen to Bertil Jean Chronberg, a French wine expert, ‘pour démystifier le vin.’ He has given us a thorough history of wine and instructed us on what to pay attention to as we taste the wine.
Bertil comes from Southwestern France and has taught his love of wine and liqueurs at the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality and at LaSalle College, both in Montreal. He won 3rd place in the best Sommelier World Contest in 1996 (Quebec).
Now we are all “amateurs de vin!”
