Ils l’ont eu  vivant – finally! We won’t have to wait any longer for that shoe to drop. Some tension will be lessened. But there are so many other shoes around the world!

(This refers to Salah Abdeslam, the final terrorist in the November attacks on Paris who is now, thankfully, in prison.)

We Bostonians remember the capturing of the Marathon bomber and the relief it gave us. Similar cases that way. He’s also in prison but, in both cases, there will be years of legal efforts without a real, satisfactory conclusion.
